Orsi Papale is committed to respecting your privacy. We use the information we collect to process and fulfill your orders, to notify you of the status of your orders, or to send you occasional information about Orsi Papale.
We will not sell or disclose to a third party any information that identifies you or any gift recipients.
Store Policy
Wine Shipments
All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Verification of age is required at the time of delivery.
Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.
Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such cases, the order may be held in storage by the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.
Shipping Policies
Please allow 5-7 business days for normal delivery.
At this time, we do not ship outside the United States or to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Utah.
